1. Westerly along said southerly side of Lot 227, and along and across a 15 foot right
of way, South 74 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds West, 358.30 feet to a point on the
easterly ;;ide of Lot 246, shown on said filed map;
THEt-ICE 2. Along ihe northerly side of a i () foot right of way shown on said map,
North 58 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West, 110.00 feet;
THENCE 3. continuing along said northerly side, SOuth 78 degrees 41 minutes 40
seconds West, 269.47 feet to a point on the easterly side of the premises herein
