THIS INDENTURE, made as of Junc?J, 2006, BETWEEN DAVID C. PATTERSON
and MARIA W. PATT":RSON, husband and wife (collectively, "Grantor"), having an address

WITNESSKI'II, that Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollors ($10.00) and other
val:uable consideration paid by Grantee, does hereby grant and release unto Grantee, the heirs, or
SUI:ceSSOrs and assigns of Grantee forever, all of Grantor's interest in that certain plot, piece,
poreel of land, with the building and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being on
Fil:hers Island in the town of Southold, County of Suffolk, state of New York, more particularly
described on Exhibit A hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHEI{ with all right, title and interest, if any, of Grantor in and to any streets and
rOllds abulling the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate lIIId rights of Gr.mtor in and to said premises; TO I.IA VE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of
Grantee forever.
AND Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Grantor
wi'll receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive sueh
consideration as a trust lUnd to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the :lDmc first to the payment of the cost ofthc improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purposc.
