A. For new building or new use:
I. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board ofFice Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifYing that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of I % lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
B. For existing bnildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-eonforming uses, or bulldings and "pre-existing" land uses:
I. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unusual natural or topographic
features.
2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant. If a Certificate of Occupancy
is denied, the Building Inspector shall state the reasons therefor in writing to the applicant.

Project Description: Repair and enclose existing porch.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for Issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as Indicated on the
site plan prepared by H.P. BrQOm-Housewrlght, Inc., last dated October 2,2007,
and received on December 26,2007.
Special ConditIons: None.
Inspections: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for Issuance of an
Administrative Permit setforth in Chapter 275 of the Southo/d Town Code, a
Wetland Pennlt will be required.
This is not a detennlnatlon from any other agency.
