Fishers Island (sometimes called the "Park") lying to the east of Peninsula Road, said lot
or parcel of land being bounded and described as follow-;:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of <I road, said pipe being located
1598.60 feet North of a point which is 1015.36 feet Wesl of a monument marking the
United State Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN", said pipe also bei ng
at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 765.45 feet and the direction of whose
radius at that point is North 67 degrees 33 minutes 20 seconds East:
THENCE RUNNING southeastwardly along said road linE' following the arc of said curve
for a distance of 202.18 feet to a point of curve to the left having a radius of 426.95 fE,et
and the direction of whose radius atlhat point Is North 52 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds
East;
THENCE 'southwestwardly along said road line following the arc of said curve for a
distance of 55.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 44 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds East, 209.42 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 31 degrees 27 minutes 38 seconds Wes!. 55.39 feet;
THENCE North 40 degrees 01 minutes 23 seconds Wes!. 104.70 feel to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 72 degrees 22 minutes 43 seconds West, 197.92 feet to the iron pipe at
the point of BEGINNING.
