BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a road 40 feet wide, said
monument being 1325.12 feet South of a point which is 1971.18 feet West of another
mClnument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Clhocomount 2", said monument being also the point where the easterly line of land now
or formerly of Barbara Kirkland intersects the southerly side of the aforesaid road, and
from said point of beginning:

RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of the aforesaid road South 84 degrees 48
minutes 00 seconds East, 135.100 feet to a point and other land of the party of the second
part;
THENCE along the aforesaid other land of the party of the second part the following three
(3) courses and distances:
1) South 03 degrees 24 minutes 44 seconds West, 232.52 feet to an iron pipe;
2) South 56 degrees 58 minutes 24 seconds East, 160.47 feet to an iron pipe;
and
3) South 59 degrees. 46 minutes 24 seconds East, 256.12 feet to a point and
land now or forme,rly of Ellsworth;
THENCE South 38 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds West along said last mentioned land
and other land now or formerly of the party of the first part, 238.63 feet to an iron pipe:
THENCE South 64 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds West, 290.80 feet to the northerly
shore line of Treasure Pond;
