tance of 50 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of
the westerly side of Bray Avenue and the southerly side of Third
Street:
RUNNING THENCE North 69 degrees 13 Minutes 10 seconds East a dis-
tance of 150 feet;
THENCE North 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of
50 feet;
THENCE South 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of
150 feet to the westerly side of Bray Avenue;
THENCE along the westerly side of Bray Avenue South 20 degrees
46 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 50 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
