RUNNING THENCE south II degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, along land now or formerly of Maxwell, 200.00
feet to a monument, and land on Map of Ravatone Realty Corp., Map #539;
THENCE along last mentioned land, the following two (2) courses and distances:
(I) North 92 degrees 46 minutes West, 50.00 feet;
(2) North 89 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds West, 49.90 feet t> a monument and land or formerly of Carter &
Langhans;
THENCE North 11 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds Wesl, along last mentioned land, 200.00 feet to a monument and the
southerly side of Fleetwood Road;
THENCE along the southerly side of Fleetwood Road the following IWO (2) courses and distances:

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Fleetwood Road, said point being situate northerly opposite the
northeast corner of Parcel I herein above described, said point being also where the westerly line of land now or
formerly of Maxwell intersects the northerly side of Fleetwood Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of Begiqning along the. northerly side of Fleetwood Road the following two (2)
courses ,md distances:
(I) North 82 degrees 46 minutes West, 40.83 feet;
(2) North 89 degrees 25 minules 50 seconds West. 58. 76 feet to a point and land now or formerly of Carter &
Langhans:
THENCE North II degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West, along last mentioned land, 365.00 feet to a point in Eugene
Creek (East Creek); . ., .
THENCE along the"southerly shore line of Eugene Creek (East Creek), the tie line of which bears South 67 degrees
46 minutes East, a distance along said tie line of 115.96 feet to a point and land now or formerly of Maxwell;
THENCE South II degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, along last mentioned land, 326.00 feet to toe northerly side
of Fleetwood Road at the point or place of BEGINNING. '
