THIS INDENTURE, made August 30, 2001, among Charles A Magill;h~ing an
address at c/o Gerry Horton, Kirkup Lane, Mattituck, NY 11952 ("Grantor"), and Barbara Cesiro,

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantor in and
to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and her heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever.
