Main Road South 350 59' 00" West 113.06 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated December 1, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on December 3, 1953 in Liber 3620 Page 427.
TOG~THER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party or the first part, in and to allY streets and roads
