dated July 20, 1968 recorded in the Suffolk Coumy Clerk's Office on July 29. 1968 in Liber 6390 page
85 and as residuary devisee under the Last Will a~ Testament of Radmi\~ Brashich deceased May 9.
1993 (Suffolk Coumy Surrogate's Coun File 648 P 2003) and to Catherine Brashich by deed dated
January 21. 1983 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's OffICe on February 28. 1983 in Liber 9819
page 396.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appunenances, and also all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in
and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
. , party of the first pan will Ireceive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the righl to
receive such consideration as a truSI fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of improvement before using any

BEGINNING at a monument set In the westerly side of New Suffolk Road 'or Fifth Street, distant 605.70 feet
North of the intersection of the westerly side of New Suffolk Road of Fifth Street with the northerly side of New
Suffolk Avenue, said point or beginning being the northeast comer of the land now or formerly of Coles;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or plae:e of begillnlng along the lands of Coles and Houston and the
northerly side of Kouros Road the following two (2) courses and distances:
