and SANDRA LEE GANNON, residing at 910 Country Club Drive, Cutchogue, New York 11935, as to a 28%
interest, as tenants in common,
party of the first part, and
JOHN F. FISHER, residing at 300 Fanning Road, New Suffolk, New York 11956, as to a 7% interest,
NANCY F. ENDEMANN, residing at 495 Eugene Road, Cutchogue, New York 11935, as to a 46.5% interest,
and SANDRA LEE GANNON, residing at 910 Country Club Drive, Cutchogue, New York 11935, as to a

party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Kouros Road with the easterly
side of Grathwohl Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easteriy side of Grathwohl Road the following two (2) courses and distances:
(1) North 3" 25' 10" East, 162.30 leet;
(2) North 5" 41' 1 0" West 25.18 feet to land now or formeriy of Fisher:
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 81" 21' 30" East, 140.0 feet to land now or formerly of
Kouros;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 1" 53' 50" West, 187.32 feet to the northerly side of Kouros
Road; and
THENCE along the northerly side of Kouros Road, North 81" 21' 30" West, 141.0 feet to the corner at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
June 23, 2000 and recorded in thEl Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 17, 2000, in Liber 12063 at
Page 589.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered any1hing
