My name is Jack Thilberg, and I would like to advise the
town board collectively about an issue we are requesting
assistance with.
A resident in our neighborhood on Jacob's lane is
operating acommercial /industrial business in a
residentially zoned area.
It is not my intention to deny another a home occupation
as allowed under the town code, but rather I am
requesting assistance in compliance with the usage of
such properties.
Our quality of life has been compromised by this
business to a point where we are unable to enjoy our
own properties both inside and out. The constant
commercial traffic including tree trimming trucks, large
dump trucks, and other heavy equipment, as well as
continual commercial noise and products, is well beyond
the spirit and intent of the code in my opinion.
This commercial operation continues seven days a week,
and we have had no relief with the enforcement actions
taken thus far.

condition, and requesting the board assist us with by
taking the appropriate actions.
