THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed May 7, 2001, by NICHOLAS 1. MANDUSIC, whose
post office address is 11704 Holly Ann Drivc, New Port Richey, Florida 34654, first party, to
NICHOLAS J. ]1,1ANDUSIC and HELEN A. MANDUSIC, his wife, as tenants by the entirety,
whose post office address is 11704 Holly Ann Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654, second party:
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars
($10.00), in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
ofland, situatc, lying and being in the County of SUFFOLK, Statc of NEW YORK, to-wit:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel ofland situate, lying and being at New Suffolk,
Town of South old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bound cd and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Third Street, distant 100.81 feet
North of the comer formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Third Street
with the Northerly side of Main Street; ,
RUNNING THENCE North 5 degrees 02 minutes East along the Easterly side of
Third Street, 96.71 feet;
THENCE South 87 degrees 14 minutes East along the Southerly side ofland now or
formerly of Malinowski, 86.13 feet;
THENCE South 5 degrees 01 minute West along the Westerly side ofland now or
formerly of Roussan, 98.94 feet;
THENCE North 85 degrees 45 minutes West along the Northerly side of land now
or formerly of Robbins, 86.10 feet to the Easterly side of Third Street at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
