This Indenture, made the 31jWday of August nineteen hundred and eighty-nine
Between SALVATORE LORIA AND PHILIP LORIA, residing at 1125 Parkview Court, NE, Palm Bay Fla. 32907,
and Theresa Drive, Mattituck New York 11952, respectively,

Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being in the Village of New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk. and State of New York,

1 700 BEGINNING AT a concrete monument at the intersection of the southerly side of King Street with the

RUNNING ALONG the southerly side of King Street.,820 53' 00" East, 136.18 feet to a concrete monument
0 1 -11DOC placed in the average high watewr line of Peconic Bay, and thence South Ola 50' 00" East, 32.20 feet to another
concrete monument, the last mentioned course RUNNING ALONG and with Peconic- Bay; and thence
RUNNING ALONG the land reputedly owned by Goldsmith and Tuthill, North 820 53' 00" West, 136.18 feet to
a concrete monument placed in the easterly side of First Street, and thence
RUNNING ALONG the easterly side of First Street North 070 50' 00" East, 32.20 feet to the said
concrete monument at the point or place of the BEGINNING;
TOGETHER WITH all right, title, and interest of the party of the first part of, in, and to the beach
lying immediately adjacent to said premises to the east and the land below the high water mark of Peconic Bay ,
and under-the-water of-Peconic-.Bay adlacent .to. the.said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the property conveyed to the party of the first part by deed of MARTIN G.
WUERSTLIN on May 15th 1970 and recorded in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk at
Liber .6744'page 517 on May 19th 1970.

Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
l ly party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
