ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
hamlet of New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly side of
Jackson Street at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
described and the northeasterly corner of lands now or formerly
of Elizabeth McKnight Dill, formerly of George W. McKnight;
running thence South 7lG 4' 00" East along the southerly line of
Jackson Street 108.45 feet to a granite monument; thence South
73G 39' Bast still along the southerly side of Jackson Street
71.17 feet more or less to the northeasterly corner of lands
conveyed by James G. Dill to Corrinne A. Gerhold by deed recorded
June 9, 1966 in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber
5971 cpo 100; running thence S. 16G 21' 00. West along lands now
or formerly of Gerhold 248.87 feet to lands now of James Gorman
Dill, Jr.:: running thence North 83G 43' 10. West along lands
conveyed by James G. Dill to James Gorman Dill, Jr. by deed
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 8144 cpo
107 on November 19, 1976, 132.05 feet (incorrectly stated as
155.25 feet in Liberl1860 page 341) to lands now or formerly of
Elizabeth McKnight Dill; running thence North 6G 12' 50. East
along lands now or formerly of Elizabeth McKnight Dill 281.19
feet more or less to the place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement and right of way ten (10) feet in width
for access to and from Great peconic Bay as reserved and
described in the aforesaid deed from James G. Dill to James
Gorman Dill, Jr., recorded in SUffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 8144 cpo 107.
