of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forsvar,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and Improvements !hereon erected,
situate, lying and being In the hamlet of New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stete
of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the
southerly side of Jackson' Street at the northwesterly comer of the premises herein described and
the northeasterly comer of lands now of Elizabeth McKnight Dill, formerly of George W. McKnight;
RUNNING THENCE South 71 degrees 4' 00. East along the southerly line of Jackson Street 1 08.45
feet to a granite monument THENCE South 73 degrees 39' East still along the southerly side of

formerly of Gerhold 248.87 feet to lands now of James Gorman Dill, Jr.; RUNNING THENCE North

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by the grantor herein by deed
dated October 28. 1 an and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk November 3, 199Z In Uber 11860
at page 341. This deed Is to correct error In description wherein the southerly boundary line Is
inadvertenUy recited as North 83 degrees 43' 10" West 155.25, instead of North 83 degrees 43' 10.

aBlate therein, which tha party of the first part has or hes _r to convey or dispose of, whether Individually, or
