in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of
the Main Road, 305.76 feet northeasterly along said southeasterly line from
Stillwater Avenue, said point of beginning being the northerly corner of land
of Mehl; from said point of beginning running along said southeasterly line of
the Main Road, 2 courses as follows:
(1) North 51 degrees 29 minutes' 10 seconds East, a distance of 89.50
feet: thence
(2) North 51 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 20.16
feet to a monument and land of Edmund Orlowski; thence along said
land of Orlowski, South 31 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 165.0 feet to a monument and land of John Orlowski
Estate; thence along said land of Orlowski Estate, 2 courses as
followa:
(1) South 51 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 20.16
feet; thence
(2) South 31 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 204.50
feet to a monument and other land of the party of the first part;
thence along said other land of the party of the first part,
North 45 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 20.38
feet to a monument; thence along land conveyed, or about to be
conveyed, by the party of the first part to the party of the
second part, North 45 degrees 14 minuteS 30 aeconds West, a dis-
tance of 150.0 feet to a monument at the easterly corner of said
land of Mehl; thence along aaid land of Mehl, North 45 degrees
21 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 198.81 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet wide along the northeasterly
boundary line of the premises from a point 165 feet southeasterly from
the Main Road southeasterly for 100 feet, in accordance with the provi-
sions contained in a certain deed from Anna Orlowski to George Braun and
Lillian Braun recorded in Liber 4218 of Deeds at page 77 and subject to
a right of.way- 20--feet wide over the northeasterly 20 feet of the premis-
