Krupski, Jr.; RUNNING THENCE along said lands North 46 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 390.81 feet to land now or formerly of the Town of Southold; RUNNING THENCE along said lands the following two (2) courses and distances: 1. South 55 degrees 16 minutes 24 seconds East, 965.23 feet; 2. South 56 degrees 31 minutes 24 seconds East, 480.80 feet; RUNNING THENCE along said lands and lands now or formerly of Alphenic and Eugene Martin and lands of James Wolbert and Linda M. Wolbert, South 55 degrees 22 minutes 34 seconds East 370.18 feet to the northwesterly side of Middle Road (CR. 48); RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of Middle Road (C.R. 48) the following two (2) courses and distances: 1. South 25 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds West 233.66 feet; 2. southwesterly along the arc of a curve having a radius of 5669.58 feet, a distance of 186.60 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 1/2/60, recorded 6/6/60 in Liber 4820 page 362 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
