WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court. Suffolk County. New York, on August 22, 2000 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, andlor by Article II of the Estates, Powers
and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000.00)

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being ill'lIl<l< at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York and designated as Lot Number 3 on a certain Map entitled, "Oregon
View Estates", which Map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 4,
1975 as Map No. 6241, said Lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Silver Colt Road where same is
intersected by the division line of Lots 2 and 3 on the above mentioned Map;
THENCE along said division line, South 40 degrees 21 minutes 35 seconds West 250.20 ft
THENCE North 47 degrees 53 minutes 25 West 162.14 feet;
THENCE North 40 degrees 21 minutes 35 seconds East 245.17 feet to the westerly side
of Silver Colt Road;
THENCE along the westerly si~e of Silver Colt Drive, South 49 degrees 38 minutes
25 seconds East 155.00 feet to the'first above mentioned division line and the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Deed dated February 22, 1978, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on February 24, 1978, in Liber 8393 at Page 289.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law,
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
