of Allan Glover and the Northwesterly corner of other lands of the party of the
first part and running thence: South 31 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East
along lands of the party of the first part 172.20 feet to a pipe; thence South
51 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West .along lands of the party of the first
part 130.36 feet to a monument; thence North 31 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds
. West along lands now or formerly of George Braun 172.23 feet to a point and
running thence North 51 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East through a monument
and along lands now or formerly of George Braun and Lillian Braun and lands
now or formerly of Allan Glover 130.16 feet to a monument and the point ,or
