BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road distant southeasterly
364.4 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side
of Main Road (NYS Route 25) and the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 20 de.grees 38 minutes East along said southwesterly side of
Sigsbee Road, 100.00 feet to a monument and Lot No. 10 on said map;
TH~NCE South 69 degrees 22 minutes West along the division line between Lot Nos. 9
and 10 on said map, 140.75 feet to a monument and land of John Husing;
THoNCE North 20 degrees 24 minutes West along land of John Husing, 100.00 feet to
Lot No.7 on said map;
TH:,NCE North 69 degnees 22 minutes East along the division line bet"een Lot Nos. 7
and 8 on said map, 140.47 feet to the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road and the
point or place of BEGINNING.
