BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor(s)
herein by deed dated 5-19-99 and recorded 6-7-99 in Liber 11967 page 745.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of thc
fIfst part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE A
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Deep Hole Drive distant 1319.25 feet
Southerly as measured along the Westerly side of Deep Hole Drive from the corner
formed by the intersection of the Westerly side of Deep Hole Drive and the Southerly
side of New Suffolk Avenue;

RUNNING THENCE Southerly along the Westerly side of Deep Hole Drive along the
arc of a curve to 'the left having a radius of 330.00 feet a distance of 41.00 feet to land
now or formerly of Gambino;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West along land now or
formerly of Gambino 228.44 feet to Deep Hole Creek;
RUNNING THENCE along Deep Hole Creek the following two courses and distances
1. North 00 degrees 52 minutes 48 seconds East 44.23 feet to a point
2. North 04 degrees 15 minutes 53 seconds West 12.24 feet to land now or formerly
of Christianson;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds East along the last
mentioned land 221.39 feet to the Westerly side of Deep Hole Drive, the point or place
of BEGINNING.
