the southeasterly side of land of the Long Island Railroad;
THENCE along said land, N0l1h 45 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East, 89.06 feet to the
southwesterly side ofland now or formerly of Caven;
THENCE along said land, South 26 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds East, 159.07 feet to the
northwesterly side of Pike Street, and;
THENCE along the northwesterly side of Pike Street, South 63 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds West
72.61 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated January 31,1997, recorded March 28,2001 in Liber 12110 ep 240.

TOGETHER with aii right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the f,rst part ,n and to any streets and roads
