A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Annex Building (Capital One-North Fork Bank), Second Floor,
Executive Board Room, 54375 Main Road, Southold.

Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals
RESOLUTIONS/UPDATED REVIEWS/OTHER:
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES/RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by
Member Oliva, seconded by Member Weisman, and duly carried, to accept and
authorize filing of Minutes with the Town Clerk's Office, as prepared for ZBA
Meetine held Mav 29, 2008. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was
duly adopted (5-0).
B. DISCUSSION ITEM(Sl:
I. The Chairman confirmed a letter was received asking the Board to
authorize an earlier calendaring of an application of Spyro Avdoulos
(application for relief received 6/11/08 and assigned for processing under
File #6189). The calendars as set up for July and August were discussed,
also noting that at least nine applications were ahead of #6189 and also
calendared for an August public hearing. The Chairman was asked to send
a letter stating that no change was possible.
2. Planning & Zoning/Code Committee (no updates discussed).
3. Other Updates/Diacussions, or other Committees: Member Simon
mentioned that the two letters submitted by Charles Cuddy, Eaq. in behalf
of Daniel Fisher (no updates) and wanted to know why there was no
response to the first letter received on May 2, 2008, dated April 30, 2008.
The ZBA Secretary said she was advised in person by Mr. Cuddy in the
office that he wished the ZBA office to hold off on sending a reply because
he was doing something else and was withdrawing his first letter. In a
second letter dated June 2, 2008, Mr. Cuddy stated his April 30, 20081etter
was withdrawn. ZBA office staff asked Mr. Cuddy if he wanted a reply to
either letter since it could be an agenda item, and Mr. Cuddy asked the
Secretary to convey a message that it was not necessary, that he wanted to
be sure his first letter was withdrawn.
4. Code Change Public Hearing July lay by the Town Board concerning
revisions to Ch. 72 Farm Stands (no updates or discussion).
C. Next Reeular Meetine/Hearings: June 26, 2008, 9:30 A.M. as published 6/5/08.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (None held).

There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time,
Chairman Goehringer declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35
P.M.
