courses and distances:

SUBJECT TO an easement 20 feet in width along part of the easterly boundary
of said premises as set forth in Liber 4137 Page 471.
SUBJECT TO the following covenants and restrictions which are to run with the
land, and which are to bind the above lot:
1. Swimming pools must be in-ground.
2. No signs may be placed upon the premises, except the owner's name.
.3. Only domestic type animals, for instance, dogs and cats, will be allowed on

4. No clotheslines or garbage cans shall be placed on the premises in open view

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by deed dated December 22, 1987 made by Mark Markiewicz and
Katherine Markiewicz, his wife, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
