Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York. surveyed

filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, N.Y. on or about

BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of North Drive, where the

above mentioned Map;

easterly side of North Drive 89.90 feet to a monument and the southerly side of
Plot ilL" on the above mentioned Map;
THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East along said southerly
side 278.89 feet;
THENCE South 0 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West 89.60 feet to the
division line between Plot nKn and "J" eforementioned;
