Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2"
(which said "East End 2" monument is located on the summit of the
highest hill East of East Harbor on Fishers Island, N. Y., and lies
South 54 minutes West of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island Sound)~

THENCE South 83037'50" East 73.17 feet to a stone monument~

corded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 1513 of Deeds at page 202 on July 14, 1930.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the entire interest of the party of the
first part in the premises conveyed to the party of the first part
and the party of the second part as tenants in common by deed made
by Ormsby H. Matthiessen, dated January 9, 1968 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6288 of Deeds at page
125 on January 15, 1968.
