(2.28 acre) parcel Status: new site plan Recommendations: accept site plan and request revisions to application Attachments: Staff Report Project name: Owen Construction Offices SCTM#: 1000-102-2-12.5 Location: The site is located at n/e corner of Depot Lane and NYS Route 25, in Cutchogue. Description: This site plan is for the conversion of an existing dwelling to professional offices on a 20,224.28 sq. ft. parcel in the RO Zoning District. Status: new Site Plan Recommendations: accept site plan and send out referrals Attachments: Staff Report Project name: The Heritage at Cutchogue SCTM#: 1000-102-1-33.3 Location: at intersection of Schoolhouse Lane and Griffing in Cutchogue Description: construct a 139 unit condominium complex Status: waiting for revised DEIS Recommendations: no action to be taken, review site plan application to re-familiarize the Planning Board with the details Attachments: Project name: Celic Center SCTM#: 1000-143-3-1 Location: s/e/c/o of Main Road and Marlene Lane, Mattituck Description: This amended site plan is to legalize a portion of the lower level of an existing building that was converted to conference rooms and office space on a 31,450 square foot parcel in the B Zone. Status: under review Recommendations: review comments from referrals; consider scheduling for final approval at August 11 public meeting Attachments: Staff Report Work Session Agenda Page Two August 4, 2008 Project name: Peconic Land Trust SCTM#: 1000-109-1-13.2 Location: located on the north side of Main Road in Cutchogue Description: This site plan is to legalize an existing 2,400 sf (40 x 60) agricultural on a 42-acre parcel in the A-C zoning District located on the north side of Main Road in Cutchogue. Status: under review Recommendations: review comments from referrals; consider scheduling for final approval at August 11 public meeting Attachments: Staff Report Subdivisions Project name: John Scott SCTM#: 1000-75-6-3 Location: The parcel is located on the south side of NYS Route 25, east of Wells Road, in Peconic. It borders Richmond Creek. Description: This is a standard subdivision proposing 3 lots on a 6.55539 acre parcel, with a 3 lot yield in the R-80 Zone. Proposed Lot 1 would be 80,000 sq. ft. (this excludes 52 sq. ft. of wetlands), proposed Lot 2 would be 80,010 sq. ft. (this excludes 26, 235 sq. ft. of wetlands) and proposed Lot 3 would be 82, 932 sq. ft. (this excludes16,314 sq. ft. of wetlands). Status: Preliminary Plat Approval Recommendations: Provide aerial with newly marked trees to applicant based upon site inspection done on 7-30 – confirming significant trees which applicant had marked as well as any others the Planning Board would like to recommend. Recommend keeping newly marked trees intact and in place as well as tree spading others and using as vegetative buffer along Wells Road for privacy, wind screen and most importantly to prevent dust from blowing onto and into homes. Description: This lot line change will add 2,641 sq ft to 9,325 sq ft residential lot from a 23 acre parcel owned by the Peconic Land Trust (Charnews property) in the R-80 Zone. Status: application for Sketch Approval Recommendations: consider Sketch Approval for Aug.11 public meeting, and set public hearing and Final Approval for September public meeting Attachments: Staff Report 2
