That residential property was and still is located directly contiguous with (north of) the subject Zebroski property. 3. I can state that during the time I resided in my parents' home (at least during the period 1954-1971) the residential structure in question on what is now the Zebroski property was always used as a two -unit multiple family dwelling. In the 1950's and 1960's Ben and Ethel Nagel resided in the second story unit, and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Conklin resided in the first story unit. Each unit had separate entrances and to my knowledge constituted separate dwelling units. 4. My mailing address is P.O. Box 584, Lake Placid, New York 12946.
