A regular meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held
at l:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, 1979 at the Fishers Island
School, Fishers Island, New York.
Present were:
Chairman Henry E. Raynor,
James Wall
Bennett Orlowski, Jr.
Jr.
Absent was:
Frederick E. Gordon
Alice F. Milliken minor subdivision. Mr. Gordon Ahman appeared before
the Board in behalf of Ms. Milliken in a proposal to divide her
property into two lots. The Board will require an affidavit as to the
ownership of the property.
On motion made by Mr. Wall, seconded by Mr. Orlowski, it was
RESOLVED to approve the sketch map (map indicates "Minor
subdivision plan) of Alice F. Milliken dated August 1979.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski
An Environmental Assessment Form will be sent to Mr. Ahman to complete.
A statement will be required for Suffolk County Planning Department.
A legal description of the property will be needed before the public
hearing. . . .
On motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Wall, it was
RESOLVED to approve the site plan submitted by Goldsmith and
Tuthill for placement of a 20,000 gallon fuel oil tank on property
at Youngs Avenue, Southold.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski

On motion made by Mr. Wall, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED to release retained lot on property of Lawrence Chen
and Frank Cho said lot located on Middle Road, Cutchogue. The
remainder of the property has had the development rights purchased
by the County of Suffolk. The Board considers it would be a hard-
ship to file for a minor subdivision.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski
On motion made by Mr. Wall, seconded by Mr. Orlowski, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself
lead agency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review
Act in the matter of the subdivision of property of Judith T. Terry
at Southold.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski
On motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Wall, it was
RESOLVED to set 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, September ll, 1979 at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place
for a public hearing on the question of the approval of the minor
subdivision of property of Judith T. Terry located at Southold.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski
An affidavit of ownership will be necessary for this matter.
On motion made by Mr. Wall, seconded by Mr. Orlowski, it was
RESOLVED to set 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September ll, 1979 at the
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place
for a public hearing on the question of the approval of the minor
subdivision of property of Moebius Associates located at Cutchogue.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski
On motion made by Mr. Orlowski, seconded by Mr. Wall, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself
lead agency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review
Act in the matter of the Tidal Wetlands application of DeHaan for
property in the subdivision known as "Cedar Beach Park".

On motion made by Mr. 0rlowski, seconded by Mr. Wall, it was
R]ESOLVED to approve the site plan of property of Ruth and Glenn
Heidtmann located at Cutchogue, New York, said plan approved by the
building inspector August 9, 1979.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: Raynor, Wall, Orlowski
There being no further business to come before the Board,
Mr. Orlowski made a motion, seconded by Mr. Wall and carried to
adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
