TOGETHER with an easemcnt to pass and re-pass over South Lane, East Lane, Wcst Lane and North Lane out over Sylvan Drive and Old Orchard Lane to the main Road for Ilhc purpose of access to said pl1:mises from said highway. TOGETHER with a non-exclusive casement over the path leading from South Lane to the beach. Being and intended to be thc. same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Mark S.
