BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the Northeasterly side of Pine Street,
109.90 feet Northwesterly along said Northeasterly side from the Northwesterly line of
Horton A venue being also the Northwesterly comer of land now or formerly of Dries;
RUNNING along said Northeasterly line of Pine Street, 2 courses as follows:
