party of the first part, and
STEPHEN A. CHOMICKI, residing at 315 Pine Street, Mattituck, New York, JI952,
party of the second part,
WilneUl~, that the parry of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars, lawful money of the United
Srates, paid by the parry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the second part forever,
ALL IChat certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County, of
Suffolk and State of New York, known as 315 Pine Street, more particularly bounded and described on Schedule
'A' annexed hereto
J~HIS DEED IS EXECUTED AS A CORRECTION DEED GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN PL<\CE OF THAT DEED
EXECUTED BY THE GRANTOR TO THE GRANTEE BY DEED DATED 11/24/04 and RECORDED ON
12/10/04 IN UBER 12359 at PAGE 903 AND IS MADE TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
SAID PREMISES IS KNOWN AS: 315 Pine Street. Matdruck, New York - SCTM No. 1000-141.00-01.00-
033.(102 and 033.003. The prior SCTM No. was 1000-141.00-01.00-033.001
TOGETHER with all right, title and intetest, if any, of the parry of the first pan in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the
appunenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parry of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the pany of the second part forever. AAVthe parry of the first part, covenants that the parry of the first part has
not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to rhe payment of the cosr of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any orher purpose. The word 'party' shall be construed as if it read 'parties' whenever the sense of this
inderlture so requires.

BEGlNNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Pine Street, said point being distant 100 feet
southeasterly from the comer formed by the intersection ofthe southeasterly side of Youngs
Avenue and the southwesterly side of Pine Street; THENCE from said point of beginning, along
the southwesterly side of Pine Street, south S4 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds east, 100.00 feet
to a point and lands now or formerly of Corwin; THENCE south 39 degrees 29 minutes 20
seconds west along lands now or formerly of Corwin, 160.00 feet to a point and lands now or
formerly ofTesser; THENCE along last mentioned lands and lands now or formerly of
