ALL that certain plbt, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements,
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Tqwn of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York known and designated as Block 39 Lots 7 and 8 on "Map of Fishers
Island Development Corporation", filed in thc Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on 9/25/2001 as Map # A-421, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northwssterly side ora mad 40 feet wide,
said monument being 329.96 feet north ora point which is 2914.97 feet west of another
monument marking thc United States Coast nrta Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station

overlooking the South Shore of Fisltcrs bland and on the higbest point between

following thc arc of said curve, 210.73 feet to a stake;

shore of Fishers Island Sound;
