Steve inspected the site and advised that as far as he felt that this project would not have an environmental impact. The project is within the jurisdiction of the Town Trustees. REQUEST FOR A WAIVER OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE: Ronald Balcom Land Use Company on behalf of Please be advised that this matter has been referred to Dr. Steve Malinowski, Bay Constable on Fishers Island. Please note that this proposal as proposed is 75' from the wetlands, however during construction some of the fill, equipment may come seaward of that 75'. Perhaps if it is determined by Dr. Malinowski that the proposal is accurate and it is 75' from the wetlands /water then you can restrict the following: 1. Care shall be taken so as to preclude the entry of any construction material into the wetlands or water. 2. Immediately following construction, all areas of exposed soil shall be suitably vegetated with indigenous plantings. 3. Hay bails are to be placed around the perimeter of the area. N.
