of Suffolk clnd State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 33 as shown on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Summit Estates, Section 4" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 23,
2000 s Map No. 10513, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNINC; at a stake on the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described and being the following
six (6) courses and distances from a monument set at the extreme westerly end of the curve which connects
the southe"ly side of Marina Lane and the westerly side of Shipyard Lane;
1. Southeasterly along said curve aforementioned bearing to the right, having a radius of 40.00 feet, a
