These premises an: sold subjeclt to a mortgage dated 6124/98 recordcd 8/21/98 in Liber 19385 Page: 794,
which mortgage has a eurrent prineipal balance of $156,345.72. The grantee hcreby agrees to assume and pay ./.
said mortgage together with interest from December 25, 2005 and is signing this deed acknowledging this
agreement to pay, and to hold the grdntor harmless from any obi igations under the terms of said mortgage note
and mllrtgage.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenan~s and all the eSlate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
