1983 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 19, 1983 in
Liber 9477, page 431, and by a deed dated January 31, 1991 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 7, 1991 in Liber 11216, page 158.
THIS conveyance is subject to: a mortgage dated December 8, 1983, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 19, 1983, in Liber 9874, page
199, which mortgage was assigned to Barbara M. Stype by Assignment dated December
27, 1999 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 25, 2000,
in Liber 19752, page 265, and on which mortgage there was due and owing the
principal sum of $30,272.70 on March 31, 2002; and a mortgage dated January 31,
1991 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 7, 1991 in Liber
16577, page 387, which mortgage was assigned to Barbara M. Stype by Assignment
dated March 3, 2000, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 1,
2000, in Liber 19699, page 698, and on which mortgage there was now due and owing
the principal sum of $17,103.86 on March 31, 2002. The party of the second part
agrees to assume and covenants to pay said mortgages in accord with the terms and
conditions thereof.
TOGETHER \vith all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
