( ) (X) ( ) REASON FOR APPEAL A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance I have owned for some time this parcel of land with frontage on both Btmgalow lane and center street. I ~,,~ish to seperate and use as single lots the frontage on each street. The lot on S/S Bmngalo~ lane has ~ore than enou[~h frontage a-~d area but is connected to the lot facing. Center St by is requested for the reason that a narrow s~rip about 30 ft in ~:idth. The lot on cent~ St will have a fronta~;e of 6$ft and can?~ot be increased~ a rear line of 100 ft( ?0 ft abuts anethers property) a depth on E/S ~3.23 and on W/S 130ft. (Continue on other side) Form REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because this lot is nearly surrounded by other individual owners and only connected by a narrow neck to the northerly lot. There are many other odd shaped lots in this area. this one can ot b~'enlsrged on either side. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because ,. as th±s is the most odd sh&ped lot in the area 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: this is a reside¥ tial are& o£ both summer snd ye~rround homes which are built on odd sha] ed lots of various sizes, the proposed use is for a r sidence and would in no way harm or chsnge the charicter of 'the neighborhood.
