BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Charles Gildersleeve by deed dated July 5, 1898 and recorded July 27, 1898 in Uber 428, page 312. Charles Gildersleeve died IBsIate on January 28. 1929. His Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate under Suffolk County Surrogate's Court File No. 30867, leaving the premises to his nephew, James A. Gildersleeve. James A. Gildersleeve died testate on April 23, 1961. His Last win and Testament was admillBd to probate under Suffolk County Surrogate's Coun File No. 574Pl961, leaving the plemises to his son, James F. Gildersleeve and his daughter-in.law. PaUline Gildersleeve. Reserving to the party of the first part a life eslalB in said premises. TOGETHER with all righL tille and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets end roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein 9ranted unto thl! party of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
