a. This application must .be cpmp!etely filled .in by typewriter. or in ink. and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plat plan showing location of lot and of buildings an premises, relationship to Ddjaining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn an the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work cov,ered by this application may not be commenced before issuonce of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept an, the premises available for inspectio n throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
the topography of this waterfront lot and the lccation of other
structures in the area make it necessary to locate the proposed
dwellingsome.401 .to...50'.from the road ~.and.the lot
is approximately 78' in width at this point.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the Immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because all other lots on this filed
map have road frontage and width of at least 99.61 feet.
3. The Variance would abserve the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because if it is granted there would still be
adequate spacing bett/een dwellings on adjoining.lots !;ind:.it.,would
permit the construction of the type 06 dwelling which is in harmony
t/ith existing structures.
