There are no other signs on the outside of the building; the front of the store is aproximately 16ft wide. The 12 ft permitted for a store of this width would not permit the desired lettering with good clear reatlable letters. a special exception is requested to lengthen the sign to 16ft a,A. but keeping within the 24 SQ ft; of area permitted a storE wall sign for this width building. ~this is one of a series of stores having a co~mon face line on the S/S Main St, where advertizin~: signs are hard to read. It is necessary to use all available space to insert the wording proposed _" Wallace Furniture"- in good reAdable letters.
