STRI'C~' APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becau~: This roadway has been cut in £or over a year~ and has settled and has no drainage problems~ and is in usable condition for the full length and is over ~ft in ~idth 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district ~cause: This land is the only ~rcel ¢o be developed as a subdivision in this. area for some time to come~ this is the only usable roadway to the lot in question 3.
