Brown, and RUNNING THENCE Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of lands now or formerly of the Estate ofA. K. Brown, about 87 feet 9 inches to a concrete monument which is about 87.40 feet (87 feet 9 inches deed) Easterly from the lands now or formerly of T. L. Hamilton; RUNNING THENCE Northerly parallel with the Westerly line of Maiden Lane about 192 feet to the high water mark of Mattituck Creek; THENCE Easterly along the high water mark of Mattituck Creek to the Westerly line of Maiden Lane; THENCE Southerly along the Westerly line of Maiden Lane (257 feet survey) to the point or place of BEGINNING.
