1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because:
There are trees and shrubery on this part of the premises, also the
land slopes away from the street tward the creek. Other properties
adjoining hav~ detached garages similar to thfu!proposed 2 ,car garage.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property dnd in this use district' beoause: This is one of two properties
that does not have a garage, the dwel:;ing is not situa.ted so as to attach
the garage to the house.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT becous,: : I simply want to keep my: garage in line with
garage on :vlest 'adjacerit property. West property owner a:nd I feel'this woul,
look better. 42ft'is distance to the garage that my proposed garage will

d. Upon approval of this'application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
