otto W. Van Tuy1 & Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, New York,
owned and developed by Peter Blank & Son, East Williston, New York,
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
March 18, 1953 as Map #2038.
Lot No. 36 above described is conveyed by Limpet Corp. and Lot No. 43
above described is conveyed by Manor Grove Corp.
Being and intended to be Lot No. 36 on said Map of Marion Manor
conveyed to Limpet Corp. by deed dated December 20, 1996 and recorded
December 20, 1996 in Liber 11807 cpo 140.
Being and intended to be Lot No. 43 on said Map of Marion Manor
conveyed to Manor Grove Corp. by deed dated October 15, 1965 and
recorded October 19, 1965 in Liber 5842 cpo 509.

premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
re<:eive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
