beginning also being distant 100.00 feet, as measured along said right-of-way, from a
monument sel at the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of said right-of-way
and the southerly side of an unnlUlk.'II street;
RUNNING THENCE along the land now or formerly of Williams. North 60 degrees 13
minutes 00 seconds East. 220.00 feet to a monument and the land of East Marion Cemetery;
THENCE along said land. South 29 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds East. 100.00 feet to the
land now or formerly of Kathleen A. Richler;
THENCE along said land, South 60 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West, 220.00 feel to the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pan by
deed from Winifred G. Long, dated 12116/95, and recorded 1/11/96. in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11757, Page 8S4, and by deed from Winifred G. Long, dated
5/14/96, and recorded 5/31/96 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11776, Page
165.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pari in and 10 any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
wilh the appunenances and all the estate and rights of !be pany of the first pan in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granled unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of !be party of Ihe second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in aoy way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants Wt
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
