ALL that certain plot, piece: or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, at Laurel, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being parts of Lots
Numbered 10 and 11 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Laurel Park, property of
Ravatone Realty Corp., Laurel, Long Island, New York" surveyed and subdivided by
Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. of Riverhead, New York, August 17, 1926 and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerl:'s Office on October 5, 1925 as Map No. 212 and which
portions of said lots are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the east side of south Oakwood Road distant south
20 degrees 00 minutes east, 58.43 feet from its intersection with the southerly side of
Peconic Bay Boulevard; .
RUNNING THENCE north 75 degrees 00 minutes east, 85.68 feet 10 a monument;
