and replace them with one that will accomoaate the same number, of occupants. The
eximting buildings are in bad condition ana must be repalced. '

I. STRJc~ A~PLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because: The
present buildings are in poor condition an~ must be replaced, we wish to consolidate
the use in one new building that will be adequate and efficient. It would be an
ttndue hardship to deny this proposed use. , A ·sketch of ~he propose8 plot plan

2. The.hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of th~s proper~y and in this use district because :' This is the only property used for
camp purposes in this area.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance '~nd WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: This property has been used for a' Bo~s camp
for many years - since about 1930 - the new building that is proposed will not change
the charicter of the neighborhood in any way.

APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT
INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Building
Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on. premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of prope,rty must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced be,fore issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole, or in pert for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspe,ctor.
APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE to the Building Department for the issuance of a Building Permit pursuant to the
