BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line ofPeconic Bay
Boulevard, where the same is intersected by the westerly line of land now or formerly of Susan
F. Horni, and running thence from said point of beginning South 19000' East along the westerly
line of said land now or formerly of Susan F. Horni, 445 feet, more or less, to the Peconic Bay;
running thence westerly along the Peconic Bay 125 feet, more or less, to the easterly line ofland
now or formerly of the Estate ofC. J. McNulty; running thence North 190 00' West along the
easterly line of said land now or formerly of the Estate ofC. J. McNulty 267.68 feet, more or
less, to a point which is distant South 190 00' East 172.32 feet from the southerly line ofPeconic
